All urns come with a choice of engraved emblems authorized by the University of Notre Dame.

Included in the purchase of an Urn Package is a Guest Register Book engraved with the emblem of your choice and four keepsake crosses, all crafted from the same wood as the urn and personalized with the deceased’s name and dates.

If ordering a University of Notre Dame urn, please select a vertical or horizontal urn in walnut or natural oak. Additionally, provide the following information for engraving:

• Choice of emblem (Shield or Dome)
• Name of deceased (First name, middle initial, last name)
• Year of graduation from Notre Dame
• Birth date and death date (Month, day, year)
